Ages 3 to 5 collect three stamps on a large picture maze and match that same sequence to a destination in their letter, with every prompt read aloud. Ages 6 to 9 solve a longer maze and a five-parcel ordering puzzle, keep only the maze badges in queue order, then decode three selected word rows. A missing-clue extension gives ages 8 to 9 another reasoning challenge. Scout and Keeper jobs let siblings swap pointing, reading and recording.
The six stops fit around normal family breaks. Estimated active play is 25 to 40 minutes for the picture track or 35 to 50 for the reading track, including the sorting bench. This is a gentle bedtime ritual, not an all-evening game or a timed escape room. Sky watching stays indoors and includes a pretend-sky alternative. No real food, gifts or real keys are required.
The finale uses the stamps children collected. Both tracks discover where a personal morning reply will wait. After bedtime, a grown-up writes that reply on the supplied card, using a detail from each child's welcome, and puts it in the same box with the delivery receipt. Morning brings the couriers' thank-you and a shared keepsake drawing. Nothing is personalised by a service and no child details are submitted.
Each of the four PDF versions contains the same 16 pages, including 3 host pages, 1 cover, 1 optional colouring page and 11 activity or preparation pages. Choose a track before printing: 8 sheets for pictures, 9 for readers or 11 for both. Each letter includes its own magic-key tag. Cover, colouring and printed host pages are extra. The included setup illustration shows a suggested assembled box; a physical box, printer, paper, crayons and tape are not supplied.
Software checks both maze routes and ordered stamps, all 120 parcel orders for one unique solution, the missing-clue example, selected code rows and inverse decoding, and the single matching picture destination. Notes, real sky tallies, drawings and story responses are open-ended. Play times are estimates, not measured family sessions.

A grown-up reads prompts, supervises and handles cutting. Ask a grown-up before choosing or handling food; paper oats and a drawn plate work. Keep any oats indoors; no glitter or scattering. Stay inside with windows closed. The paper magic key needs no real key or lock; keep handles clear.
