This winter-holiday game uses snow, lights and welcome with no religious observance or holiday knowledge questions. It suits a classroom holiday lesson with a teacher hosting at the tables.

Six core puzzles run in three waves of two: number cipher and association logic, power lock and letter maze, then word search and picture sequence. Partners solve different locks, swap working and request one quiet check per wave. All teams use the same puzzles and codes.

The finale uses all six codes: match each code on its earned card, locate its grid cell and route the digit to its numbered slot. After the final repair code, hear the reveal, arrange the six illustrated cards into a welcome nook and write an invitation for someone to join.

The core puzzles suit ages 7 to 9 with reading support. For confident ages 10 to 11, the power page has a different route using four simultaneous sum constraints, and the optional engineer workshop adds a five-badge ordering puzzle and a four-switch logic puzzle. Both workshop answers and graded rescues are included. This is a game, not a curriculum assessment.

Allow 40 to 55 minutes for the core, including team checks and the ending. The optional workshop adds about 5 to 15 minutes, or occupies early finishers. These are estimates, not measured classroom timings. The teacher checks three pairs per team plus the finale: 18 wave checks plus 6 finales for six teams, or 30 plus 10 for ten teams. Setup is estimated at 20 to 35 minutes for copying, sorting and cutting.

Each PDF has 21 pages: 8 core team play pages, 1 cut-apart card sheet, 1 optional workshop sheet, 8 teacher reference pages, 1 shared setup/tracker, 1 sheet with two certificates and the cover. Four PDFs are included: Letter and A4, each in colour and greyscale.

Lower-paper core for 30 students in six teams of five: print pages 5 to 13 per team, page 14 once and page 19 three times for team certificates. That is 58 sheets with teacher references on screen. Individual certificates need 15 certificate sheets, giving a 70-sheet total. Optional workshop page 20 adds 6 sheets; printing the eight teacher reference pages adds 8. Ten teams of three use 96 core sheets with team certificates, or 106 with individual certificates.

Includes original maker characters, a changing welcome scene, an illustrated team-tray setup, a one-page code key, a 10-team wave tracker, graded nudge/worked-step/answer rescues and two certificates per sheet. The paper tracker uses an ordinary clock; it is not a digital countdown. Supplies shown are illustrations, not photographs. No projector, student devices, envelopes, bought locks or hiding places are needed.
