Bingo includes 30 distinct 4 by 4 layouts AND 30 different sets of 16 pictures, plus 24 matching caller cards. Each child claims one checked line, then continues quietly toward a full board. The host allows pauses and stops at the time boundary even if calls remain. Wins can tie. Shuffle for replay; the printed fixed-order first-win table then no longer applies. No free square or small counters needed.
Twelve playful Pick One cards offer bird or snail couriers, a dragon pillow fort, robot greetings and a flying-potato team mascot. After a choice, willing children can add a five-second seated sound, pose or imaginary detail. Pointing, watching, inventing a third option and passing are welcome. The timed plans use three or six cards, leaving the others for replay.
The gentle word route suits ages 5 to 8 with reading and spelling help: repair eight scrambled labels, then find seven right-or-down words and read a six-letter leftover instruction. Confident readers about 8 to 11 can replace the search with a six-parcel dispatch puzzle. Use six relational clues to deduce one order, then extract letters from the solved labels. Both routes feed the same welcoming finale; this is a party pack with one harder option, not a full advanced puzzle book.
The seated friendship-card relay gives every child one named card. Teams pass all cards together so every teammate can add a tiny picture or kind word; cards return to their owners. Drawing, dictating, quiet participation and helper contributions are welcome. There is no popularity exchange, romance or treat requirement. Six included card designs are blank stationery repeated as needed, not extra puzzles.
For 4 to 30 children plus a grown-up host. Use one to six mixed-age teams with at most five children each. Every child gets an individual bingo board; word puzzles are shared team sheets. Rotate reader, finder, recorder and encourager roles. Optional friendly scores and graded nudge, worked-step and answer help are included; the ending never depends on scores or winning.
Choose a 30 or 45 minute host plan, including help, checks, transitions and final delivery. Use 45 minutes for 16 to 30 players and for the harder dispatch option. These are planning estimates, not measured session times. Stop at each block boundary and use rescue help. Setup is estimated at 10 to 15 minutes and can take longer when cutting pieces for 30 children. Word-puzzle answers repeat on replay.
Each PDF has 33 pages: cover; three host preparation and bingo-reference pages; two caller-card pages; fifteen two-board pages; two choice pages; two gentle word-puzzle pages; relay guide with four optional role cards; six-card stationery sheet; host scoring sheet; two word-puzzle hint and solution pages; harder dispatch page; dispatch hints and solution; shared finale. Four complete PDFs: Letter and A4, each in colour and greyscale.
Selective printing: four children in one team need 9 sheets; thirty children in six teams need 36 sheets. Both examples read seven host reference pages and two choice pages on screen and omit the cover. Print one different board per child, two puzzle sheets per team, enough stationery for one card per child, one shared scoring sheet and one finale. Replace the search with dispatch for the harder route, keeping the same sheet count.
Software checks bingo layouts, picture sets and first-win replay, scramble letter counts and dictionary uniqueness, search targets and leftover letters, all 720 dispatch orders and linked extraction, team sizes, relay coverage and schedule totals. Creative choices, welcome messages and added card art have no fixed answers. Listing illustrations show real board contents and an invented completed card example; pencils and any household supplies are not included.
